Pastor John’s teaching in this podcast discusses how we deal with idols in our life.  Many of us today don’t suffer for the basic needs in our lives.  In our abundance and resulting comfort, we have a tendency to raise up idols.  The teaching comes from 2 Kings, Chapter 11 and compares this Old Testament view of God’s displeasure of idols and how we can get side tracked with hobbies, toys, the trapping of our time which causes us to remove God from our primary focus to the bottom of our own idol list.
